Busy November/December

We've had a very busy November and December with family and festivities. It started with Thanksgiving and our cousins and Auntie staying for a week in November and then Christmas early December and we are still celebrating!
The kids LOVE hanging out together.  They get along well and enjoy the change of pace with the different families.

Thanksgiving dinner at the kids table.  So many different ages and personalities!
Uncle Steve with Sofie's hat on me.  Christmas is coming!!

Playing in the fall leaves that Mommy and Daddy were trying to rake up. They were way more fun to jump in then help put in a bag!
Hi Mommy!!

Our annual Christmas tree hunting at the tree farm in Owasso.  Kian stops to say cheese with Santa!

I think we have found the perfect Christmas tree.  Now all we need is a saw...and another kid to help cut it down.  Or...we just ask the nice people to load it up for us!

Decorating the Christmas tree after we get home the next evening...

Gramma and Poppa arrive to celebrate Xmas

Our new sandbox thanks to Auntie Buffy and Uncle Steve!

Daddy playing on our new computers with us!

Wrestling with Pappa.  We were going to enroll in wrestling this year, however, it was a huge time commitment being 3 nights a week and over an hour per practice.  We're not sure we can be in one place that long, let alone listen to a coach for that much time!

Celebrating our 4th birthday

Pictures from our bowling birthday party.  So much FUN!!

Kian & Ethan's 4th Birthday

Happy 4th Birthday, Kian and Ethan!  4 years ago, we sat with you in the NICU wondering what your life would be like in the years to come.  We never imagined our 2lb babies would bring this much joy and energy to our lives!

More pictures to come as we upload our birthday party pics!

Happy Birthday, Kian and Ethan!! Many happy more!  We love you both!!

Halloween 2012

Toy Story was the theme for this year's Halloween.  Woody and Buzz picked out their own costumes and helped to decide what baby brother wanted to be...the Alien...of course!!

We had so much fun trick-or-treating with good friends.  We still have candy left over!

Woody and Buzz pose for a picture
The Alien...not so sure about his head staying on.

We posed for a picture with our favorite neighbor and babysitter- Ms. Tori

Kamran turns one year old on November 11th.  Amazing how quickly time flies.  He has brought us so much joy over the last year.

And off to the races...

Kamran has officially started walking!  He started much earlier than his big brothers.  His drive to try and keep up with his brothers, we believe, is the reason he is walking so well.  Every day he takes one more step than the day before.

We had so many great plans to camp out and enjoy the beautiful fall days before it got cold.  We have even borrowed a tent from a friend.  But instead, it was rainy and cold the two weekends we tried to tent out, so Daddy made an impromptu campfire in the grill and we roasted our weenies like that instead of over a big campfire.  We even made s'mores too!

 Kamran enjoying the bubble bath!

Mommy playing with me on my slide.  Peek-a-boo is my favorite game!

Playing with my brother.  Doesn't he look good...he is 2 days out of his tonsillectomy!

Brothers...we sure do love each other!!

The second half of our trip to Cali!

We spent an early morning bug hunting in California and Daddy helped us catch a praying mantis.
We kept it in a little jar and watched it for a few days.

A shot of Baba Jun and his grandsons!

Mommy and Daddy then left us with Grammie and BabaJun and went to a wedding of a good friend in New Port Beach.  Mommy met up with some close friends/teammates from college.  She had so much fun!

A shot of Mommy and Daddy at the beach at the wedding.  A fun night out and so great to get dressed up!
Back at the house, we play with Grammie and her iPad piano and games.
And when Mommy and Daddy came home for NewPort Beach, they took us to the beach.  This is our favorite memory from our trip.  We played for endless hours at the beach and had some quality family time.
Since we were told that buckets and shovels were "out of season", Mommy settled on cups and bowls for our digging equipment in the sand.
Daddy and Mommy showed us how to build sand castles
and Daddy was adventurous enough to take us into the ocean.
Kamran and Ethan dug in the sand together for hours!
A quick pic of Daddy and Kamran
 Mommy and her big boys!

Mommy holding her baby
Cheese from Kian.  He was so excited being on the beach.
And a grin from Kamran...he couldn't be happier!
Ethan being the fabulous big brother that he is, he is always willing to play with his little brother and keep him entertained.  They have so much fun together, especially wrestling.

Kian riding the wave.  Daddy was teaching him how to boogie board and he actually caught the wave!
