Another lazy day hanging out with the boys. Here's Dad, Kian and Ethan watching some ESPN sports center. Dad is giving them lessons already!






We're growing faster than Mom can keep up. We're in size 1 diapers and out of newborn clothes. Kian weighed 9lbs and Ethan weighed 9lbs 13oz the other day. We have fat boys!! Yes, Kian used to be the bigger twin but Ethan loves his milk!

Grandma is in town for a few weeks. Are we ever thankful for her help??!! Just when Mom & Dad started to wear out- Grandma's here to save the nights!

We're changing daily!

Lots of sleepless nights and days, many hours of feedings and few hours of wakefulness. But we LOVE it all. We're changing every day!



KIAN


We turned 3 months old, we've both hit 8lbs and grown out of newborn diapers!! Mom never thought (way back in December) this day would come so soon.


Mom is still on maternity leave until April 1st and then it's back to work part-time. Mom & Dad are just now starting to adjust to being parents and expect that 2 hours of sleep at night is a GREAT NIGHT SLEEP!!! We're still under "house arrest" and can't go anywhere until RSV and Flu season is over so Mom is getting oh so anxious to get moving. She's so anxious that a 5AM Walmart trip Monday morning was exciting!!

Enjoying every minute...

Yes, even the sleepless nights. We love being together. We've enjoyed many adventures in the past few days- although only necessary adventures since we're still hiding out in the house. We're not really allowed to go anywhere or see anybody to avoid being exposed to viruses and illnesses. We're supposed to wait especially until RSV season is over and until our immune system catches up to "normal" babies.

We swear- Kian has insomnia. We feel he never sleeps (at least at night)!

FINALLY...HOME SWEET HOME for all 4 of us!

Yes...today was the day. Kian, Ethan and Mom & Dad were all united again & living under the same roof. Such a rewarding, exciting, yet scary day for Mom & Dad. It will be 12 weeks ago on Friday that Mom & Dad's angels were born. Who knew the outcome of these 2lb, 13week early children would be so great??!! It's been an emotional ride with some tears & smiles and we are forever glad this chapter is over! We've started a new chapter in our lives today- we'll be together forever! We will be forever greatful for all those nurses and doctors in the NICU and for all those that helped us with extra prayers in our time of need! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Cuddle time!

Daddy & Grammie take a trip to visit Kian. Kian is off oxygen (no more nasal cannula), he's in an open crib, and attempting to nipple every feed. We're waiting for him to catch on with nippling. It takes him longer than 30minutes still to take a bottle so he has to keep the NG tube in his nose for food. Love and hugs as we pray for Kian to come home soon!
